Bluff City Inc. Homeowners Association is a community of 114 homeowners in Fair Oaks, California. Our community began in 1974 as a common interest development of condominiums overlooking the beautiful American River (the river side). It is surrounded on three sides by the American River Parkway system. On the north side is an oak-filled ravine (the park side), often visited by wildlife such as deer, wild turkeys and an occasional pheasant. The American River bike and hiking trail and Lake Natoma are within walking distance. Some of the most peaceful and secluded fishing spots you'll ever find are also within walking distance.
